EFFECT OF EGG STORAGE CONDITIONS ON THE HATCHABILITY AND CHICK QUALITY DUCKS This study was conducted at the French Group Company Al-Sadat City in Menoufia Governorate to investigate effect of different pre-incubation egg storage period on weight loss, hatchability, hatch window, duckling quality, immunity, and its body weight.  384 fertile eggs were collected from 200 females Pekin ducks (Anas platyrhynchos) age (26 weeks production), which mated by artificial insemention with 30 male Muscovy (Cairina moschata) produce Molar ducks. Eggs divided into four equal treatments (each 96 eggs) subjected periods (0, 4, 8 12 days) determine effects hatchability,  and  measured for treatments. The results revealed that there insignificantly differences (p ≤ 0.05) loss period. Storage 0 days had highest hatchability percentage (92.2 %) compared other experimental groups. Data demonstrated achieved largest window (17:30 hours) when 0, 4 storage. relationship between quality Immunity also, affected (0 hightest immunity) one day also studied. indicated thrid group (storage significantly (P 0.01) (76 g).
